As part of implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), the Company's management is committed to addressing reports related to deviations and violations, particularly those concerning business ethics, work ethics, national laws and regulations, commercial contracts, company confidentiality, conflicts of interest, and other material or significant deviations and violations, provided that such reports are based on facts and are relevant to the company's business.
In other words, this reporting system is a manifestation of the Company's management commitment to upholding the principles of Good Corporate Governance, without neglecting the protection on the information of those who report the violations of such matters.
